Misti Galvan is a yoga teacher (500 RYT) specializing in yoga for dancers and performers. Galvan partnered with Becky Jordan to implement a Yoga Teacher Training program in the dance division at Texas State University and employs a somatic and creative point of view in her classes. Teaching special populations, such as those dealing with chronic pain or other unique circumstances is another interest that Galvan pursues regularly through private lessons and small group work.

Sacred Art Yoga Immersions and Teacher Trainings are crafted for those wishing to deepen their understanding and practice, as well as learn the fundamentals of teaching the ancient tradition of yoga. Based in Wimberley, TX for locals and non-locals, Becky and Misti partner to lead these trainings in the Hill Country each summer.
